Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass the meticulous design and implementation of solutions while maintaining the high standards our industry demands.

Design & Development

1. Innovate and develop technical designs for electrical security products.
2. Lead end-to-end prototyping, testing, and design improvement processes to translate ideas into functional security solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with international security standards and regulations across all projects.

Project Management

1. Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
2. Serve as a technical advisor to junior engineers, providing mentorship and leadership within the team.
3. Document design processes, decisions, and results using design and simulation tools.
4. Analyze product requirements to identify opportunities for improving design efficiency.
5. Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring systems meet and exceed expectations.
6. Present design concepts and prototypes through detailed data-driven reports to key decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering. Advanced degrees (Masters or Ph.D.) are highly preferred.
2. Experience:
3. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in security system design engineering.
4. Proven track record of overseeing high-impact design projects from concept to delivery.
5. Experience handling cross-functional teamwork in an international or hybrid work environment.
6. Technical Proficiency:
7. Knowledge of security standards such as UL 2050, EN 50131, or equivalent.
8. Familiarity with IoT devices or integrated systems (preferred but not essential).
9. Analytical Problem-Solving: Bring creative thinking to complex design challenges.
10. Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
11. Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills for internal reporting and external consultation.
