As a regulatory analyst, you will join the Volcker/LSB (Banking Separation Law) team, in charge of developing operational expertise on the "Volcker" and "Banking Separation Law" regulations applicable to any transaction with an investment fund or similar vehicle. It is part of the Natixis “Volcker compliance framework” and is the entry point for the businesses concerned by these issues. Its main mission is to determine the “covered fund” and “substantially leveraged UCI” statuses in light of these two regulations and prior to any transaction. This position requires interaction not only with the operational business lines (Real Assets, Global Markets, etc.) but also with other support functions (Legal, Compliance or Risk); wherever they are located, in France or internationally (UK, US, Asia).
