RATP Smart Systems, a digital subsidiary of the RATP group, was created to promote its know-how in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). With 200 employees, it designs, integrates, operates, and maintains systems for ticketing, multimodal information, and operating assistance. The company manages the ticketing system in Paris and its suburbs, handling 12 million transactions per day, the largest multimodal network in the world. RATP Smart Systems responds to the needs of authorities and companies wishing to improve employee mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise systems and handle incidents.
- Manage functional database repository updates.
- Manage access rights to the IS.
- Participate in different phases of IS life (integration, deployment, evolutions, functional recipe of new versions).
- Establish dashboards and produce performance indicators; produce reporting documents and check the consistency of information produced by the IS.
- Assist users with all functional aspects related to the manipulation of the IS; treat their requests and ensure communication.
- Ensure functional watch in the field of activity.
- Ensure the link with IS project management in case of incidents.
Qualifications:
Your initial training is Bac + 3 in Information Systems with desired experience in this field.
Language: English is desired.
Qualities:
- Competence in assistance and services.
- Adaptability (ownership of an IS).
- Relational qualities (communication, listening, teamwork).
- Analytical and organizational skills, rigor.
Technical Environment:
- DBMS: Oracle.
- Queries: SQL.
- Unix / Linux.
Technical Know-how:
- Computer knowledge necessary for exchanges with technical correspondents (application managers, operating managers).
- Basic knowledge of data import/export principles, databases, operating systems, and associated programming tools.
- Compulsory technical knowledge: Unix, SQL, Excel.
General Know-how:
- Understanding the business strategy for IS.
- Ability to understand the functional needs of users.
- Ability to establish and structure dashboards, reporting, indicators, etc.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
- Ability to capitalize and formalize in a common knowledge base.
- Ability to anticipate changing needs and propose solutions.
- Awareness of perceived dependability, risk analysis, and security of information systems.
- Knowledge of business domains: ticketing and/or traveler information.
