Synology France operates sales, marketing, and technical support within South EMEA, Benelux, and Africa.
Your Role :
We are seeking four dynamic Field Sales Representatives to drive the adoption of Synology’s solutions across France in the Enterprise, Commercial, and public sectors. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to build relationships, demonstrate value, and secure business wins.
This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be based in the region in France you will be responsible for (southeast, south west, north east and north west). This is a permanent full-time position (CDI).
Salary package will be tailored based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Sales and Adoption: Utilize your expertise in storage technologies to guide prospects, customers, and partners toward adopting Synology’s solutions.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with cross-functional teams—pre-sales, marketing, leadership, and alliance partners—to understand customer goals, solve challenges, and develop creative solutions.
- Deliver Value: Craft tailored solutions, conduct impactful product demonstrations, and deliver proofs of concept that highlight the unique value of Synology’s platform.
- Support Sales Excellence: Refine sales strategies, assist with technical configurations, and ensure customer success in both established and new market opportunities.
- Expand Opportunities: Identify new business prospects, respond expertly to tenders (RFPs / RFIs), and collaborate with marketing on events, webinars, and partner training.
- Mentor and Lead: Inspire junior team members, share expertise, and lead technical initiatives within the organization.
- Assist with Partner Program Management: Including recruiting and onboarding new partners, managing existing partners, and ensuring efficient communication.
- Project and Pricing Support: Support assigned accounts in project management and pricing negotiation, as well as technical requests (with the help of our Account Managers and Pre-sales team).
- Participate in Synology Events: Contribute to Synology’s events and activities.
- Sales Analytics: Analyze sales figures to provide insights to the sales team.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For :
- Education and Experience: BAC+5 and 5 years minimum of experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong IT knowledge and familiarity with Synology products (as a personal user or in a company). IT pre-sales experience targeting mid-to-large enterprises or public administrations and experience in cloud infrastructure are a plus.
- Technical Depth: Familiarity with storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, NVMe-oF, SAN, Object S3), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), data center transformations, and automation. Experience with Unix environments, networking protocols (TCP / IP, Ethernet), application backup software, and multi-tiered client / server systems is highly desirable.
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual French and professional-level English are required.
- Skills: Autonomy and entrepreneurship mindset, strong presentation skills, organizational abilities, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
