Join the EMEA Sales team of twenty people and actively participate in the development and leadership of your team in your region.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the group's commercial strategy in the CIS & MEA region. With your team of 5 people (consisting of 2 Sales Executives and 3 International Inside Sales), you will grow the region's activities both in market share and in developing our partners' volume, opening new accounts, and entering new markets.
Your mission:
You will particularly focus on developing Government and Banking projects in the Africa Middle East region and more broadly on gaining market share around our latest product Agilia - Retransfer Card.
You will work in interaction with your colleagues from the EMEA Sales team, Marketing, and Specific Projects.
Your profile:
You hold a Master's degree (4-5 years of higher education). You have an excellent level of English (B2). You have 8 years of experience in B2B field sales positions in export and ideally a first direct management experience.
You are tenacious, persistent, and have a conquering spirit. Your power of conviction and adaptability have enabled you to overcome challenges. You want to build trusting relationships with your clients and team.
Given the international dimension of the position, regular travel (30%-50%) to countries in your geographical area is expected.
