Your Responsibilities :
As a Reginal Sales Manager, you will play an important role in driving the company's expansion in
Japan by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships within
the New Energy industry :
- Customer-Centric Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients, bearing overall responsibility for the success of client engagements and projects.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain client relationships, develop sales strategies, oversee project acquisition and delivery, and manage the entire process including payment collection.
What we are looking for :
- Experience with Overseas OEMs : Proven experience in dealing with overseas original equipment manufacturers, particularly French OEMs such as Stellantis.
- Client Resource Management : Demonstrated ability to independently develop, engage, and maintain relationships with relevant clients.
- Strong Proactive Approach : Clear and strategic thinking on how to manage and expand client relationships.
- Self-Motivation and Resourcefulness : Strong self-drive with the ability to mobilize internal resources to respond to client needs and effectively resolve client issues.
- Language perspective : Fluent in English and French.
