As the Regional Operations Director, you will spearhead leadership and management for regional Data Center Operations. As the pioneering Global Data Centers Operations representative in the region, you will take charge by establishing and leading the DC operations team and collaborate closely with Design & Construction teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operations.

Your role demands a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements within the region and country, ensuring full compliance at all times. This role is particularly exciting as it involves overseeing a Greenfield Data Center in a new strategic region for Global Data Centers. Paris is a brand-new operating region where my client is building a large Data Center campus. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations in this key location.

Qualifications:

1. DC and other critical infrastructure experience – power plants, renewable energy, oil and gas.
2. 15 years plus in the industry in a similar capacity, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.
3. People management experience, with strong local experience of French regulatory bodies, councils, etc.
