Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Spain, Central Madrid (2 days in office)

Salary: up to €90K

Role:

I am exclusively working with an innovative SaaS business in stealth mode, embarking on an exciting journey of growth and impact. They are now seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing and Communications Manager to drive marketing initiatives and elevate their brand presence across the Iberia (Spain and Portugal) region.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Developing and executing communication strategies through internal channels
2. Managing and allocating marketing budgets effectively
3. Leading and mentoring team members
4. Crafting presentations, playbooks, demos, and marketing collateral
5. Producing engaging content, including blogs, podcasts, videos, and whitepapers
6. Implementing demand generation initiatives to boost brand awareness and perception
7. Overseeing social media strategy and execution

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role
2. Proven experience in a dynamic B2B tech setting
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Expertise in developing and executing strategic campaigns
5. Skilled in collaborating with and briefing external agencies
6. Excellent project management capabilities
7. Fluent in both Spanish and English
