The Position
As our Regional IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the regional specific IT Operations teams focusing on onsite IT support, IT infrastructure maintenance, ensuring IT Security compliance and seeking improvements to the relevant affiliates whenever feasible. Based in our office in Paris La Défense, you will be responsible for the following scope: 2,400 end users based in 18 countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Turkey, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Austria). Our role requires frequent business travels to the countries you are responsible for (at least 2 times per country per year). In more detail, you will:

About the Department
The Regional IT Operations Manager position is anchored within the RITO (Regional IT Operations) team, which is a department of the Product Area called Global IT Support, located in the GITO (Global IT Operations) CVP area within DD&IT. This position is responsible for key responsibilities for people management, stakeholder management, budget management & operational management within the EMEA central region.
