Regional HR Manager (Hybrid)

We are a leading company with a strong presence in Western Europe, encompassing locations in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive HR professional to lead our HR team in France and play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial Heads across France, Iberia, and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

• HR responsible for the Cluster Western Europe with locations in France (Chambly & Villedieu), Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
• Supports Cluster Head, HR Director EMEA, Global Head HR Operations and Cluster Team in all HR related matters.
• Ensure execution at cluster level of divisional / group wide HR initiatives.
• Leads talent management and succession planning for cluster.
• Co-leads recruitment of managerial and key specialist function (GG12 and above) and oversee local recruitment.
• Lead and execute all the HR actions / initiatives to develop the organization in line with the business requirement.
• Leads compensation and performance management process in Cluster.
• Drives employee engagement across all cluster countries.
• Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of HR on Country level.

Requirements

• Broad experience across major areas of expertise in HR; international work experience.
• Degree level qualification in HR, Business Administration, Behavioural Science or Management. Post Graduate Qualification in HR desirable.
• Fluent in English – ability to speak one of the other cluster languages desirable.
