Regional Account Manager - Heating & Cooling Systems

Key Tasks & Duties:
- Drive the assigned area, develop business opportunities, and be responsible for commercial growth.
- Conduct short-term and long-term strategic work to enhance SWEP's position in the market, exploring and understanding market demand and trends.
- Introduce, promote, and consolidate the use of BPHE in the area, targeting conversion from adjacent technologies.
- Establish and nurture contacts within the region and conduct both commercial and technical discussions to promote SWEP values.
- Deploy SWEP strategies, build business cases, and create area account plans.
- Cooperate with many stakeholders, both external and internal, across the defined region, with a travel commitment of up to 50% of your time for site visits to end customers and office team meetings in France or Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow the company’s strategies, values, and decisions within the region.
- Expand and develop the market by growing the project portfolio, visible heat exchanger potential, and number of joint development projects.
- Establish market expertise for the specific area and create account plans.
- Identify leads and convert them into sustainable business.
- Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits.
- Provide customers with technical expertise.
- Drive activities (e.g., marketing, promotion, claim handling) towards the customers.
- Team up with the Application function, Business Engineers, and/or Customer Support.
- Provide customer feedback and information that contributes to the development of the company.
- Business development for customers within the region.
- Analyze market prices, price lists, etc.
- Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, and business review on a bi-annual basis, as per guidelines from the Team Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A university degree in a technical field of mechanical engineering, energy sustainability, thermodynamics, chemistry, or related technical subjects.
- 5+ years of regional customer commercial revenue management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an HVAC & Refrigeration engineered product environment.
- Fluent in English and native in French, both verbal and written.
- Advanced user of MS Office and calculation tools.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
