Redstone Commodity Search is working with a well-known trading house looking to hire a Refractory Sales Specialist to join the team in Lugano.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Expand and manage the customer base, acquire new clients, and analyze market trends and opportunities.
• Advise customers on selecting appropriate refractory products, interpret technical specifications, conduct technical visits, prepare quotations, and oversee the order process.
• Supervise refractory installations and trials, ensuring customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Monitor market developments, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams while reporting to management.
• Role reports to director.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in refractory technical sales within the metal space.
• Master’s degree in engineering, with a preference for Metallurgy or Material Science.
• Strong knowledge of steel production as well as the related application of refractory products.
• Fluent in Italian and German.
• Located or willing to relocate to Lugano.
