Job Description :
The senior role will lead RSA Europe’s reward framework ensuring alignment with the business objectives and that the business maintains a competitive and equitable reward framework that will attract, engage, recognize and reward high performing employees in the countries where we operate.
The role will work closely with the Executive and wider HR Teams to provide advice & guidance to the business on a variety of strategic reward business initiatives & projects e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting and the EU Pay Transparency Directive and legislative requirements in each country we operate.
Throughout the year the role holder will collaborate with GSL / UK&I / Intact Reward teams to ensure alignment of the European Reward Strategy and Annual Operating Plan. This role reports to the VP of People GSL Europe.
