Account Manager (Sales / BD) (Canggu, Bali)

At the moment, we are seeking an Account Manager with expertise in Sales / Business Development skills to join our leadership team and help us achieve our growth objectives.

Position Overview :

This leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates with the CEO to drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies aligned with our company's long-term goals. The ideal candidate will combine strategic sales leadership with exceptional account management skills to foster strong client partnerships and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the General Manager and align sales efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and General Manager to ensure sales strategies support long-term business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Lead client negotiations and engagements to foster strong relationships.
  • Oversee contract renewals, client onboarding, and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and enhance retention.
  • Supervise and mentor the sales support, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear KPIs for the sales team and ensure regular progress reviews.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO, marketing team, and other departments to maintain alignment.
  • Manage CRM systems for data integrity and accurate tracking of opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Document client interactions, contracts, and sales activities efficiently.
  • Supervise the creation of sales proposals and ensure templates are updated regularly.
  • Oversee invoicing and follow-up processes, ensuring timely payment collections.
  • Provide detailed sales performance reports to the CEO, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports to the General Manager and CEO on sales and account performance.
  • Analyze market conditions, client feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Present strategic recommendations and identify market gaps for new initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
