Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, understanding their hiring needs.
3. Manage the recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
4. Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.
5. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search journey.
6. Meet and exceed recruitment targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in recruitment roles is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and job boards.
6. A proactive and results-driven approach.
