Radio Frequency Sales Engineer H/F
Location: Paris, France
Salary: up to 80000€ OTE per annum

Main duties:

1. Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultation, including sales qualification, solution design, and bid support.
2. Deliver technical training to partners and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
3. Configure and test systems and terminal equipment for demonstrations and trials.
4. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and presentations for partners and end-users.
5. Develop training documentation to support partner education.
6. Stay updated on company infrastructure, terminal products, and new features.
7. Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to support product sales.
8. Assist partners in designing and specifying systems and software applications.
9. Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring proactive and successful completion.

The candidate:

1. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
2. HNC/HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the two-way radio communications industry.
4. DMR experience is essential.
5. Familiarity with technologies such as DMR, TETRA, RF principles, Push-to-Talk-over-Cellular, LTE, Bodycam technology, dispatching software, mobile device management software, SIP, and IP networking.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key accounts and new business prospects.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
8. Strong planning and project management skills.
