R&D TechnoSeeds Manager (H/F)

Based at the Headquarters in La Ménitré (35min from Angers, 30min from Saumur), the technoseeds manager will be responsible for:

1. Supervising a team of 2 managers and 9 collaborators to ensure the monitoring of allocated resources (OPEX & CAPEX).
2. Proposing, leading, and delivering innovative projects in line with the ambitions of Limagrain & Vilmorin-Mikado (meet new customer needs, improve quality, optimize time and processes, costs, etc.).
3. Developing and leading the implementation of the SeedTech roadmap and updating it regularly with all stakeholders.
4. Creating collaboration with external partners: either Academic or Technology Platforms/Partners to innovate and bring value to the products/methods.
