The Process Performance Improvement (PPI) manager is in charge of managing the Quality process efficiency and continuous improvement through the set-up and monitoring of performance tools, relevant analysis, and action plans to support performance.
Your responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience:
Master's degree (engineering or business school) and Six Sigma Black Belt certified with 10 years of experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools. Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Ability to manage teams in cross-cultural relationships; you are customer-oriented and enjoy teamwork. You are naturally data-driven and possess good communication skills.
English and French written and spoken is mandatory.
