Within EMEA Rx Quality team, and reporting to the EMEA Rx Quality Director, this person will be the Quality Coordinator for NPI in the EMEA Quality team. He/She will need to work with all EMEA Rx labs & Commercial entities to ensure a good coordination level respecting the specifications given in each project. He/She will be a Quality coordinator for the launch of new products for the EMEA region, mainly for coatings and photochromic products, being in contact with NPI teams, NCPC EMEA team, project managers, and globally with the EMEA Rx Ops team.

• Responsible for the launch of NPI within the EMEA Region on Quality topics.
• Ensuring the implementation of the One validation process on NPI process for EMEA, implementing test plans, E2E follow-up, supporting on Product release when needed, and being the leader of the Market Release process for the projects led.
• Respecting and leading the Quality Management Plan for NPI.
• Ensuring a smooth validation process between all the stakeholders.
• Being the Quality coordinator for NPI for EMEA region, performing risk analysis on quality topics for the projects when needed.
• Being the Quality coordinator for NPI on new designs for the EMEA region, performing risk analysis on quality topics for the projects when needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Very good communication skills, able to lead meetings in English (and in French if possible).
• Open-minded with good relational skills, able to work in a team with experts from different fields and cultures.
• Negotiation skills to arbitrate and align persons from different teams if needed.
• Quick learner, flexible, and able to adapt fast in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Project management experience, able to work with clear and short deadlines.
• Business-oriented with a strong commitment to product conformity and compliance.
