OVERVIEW:

PSI Inspector or PSQA audit at assigned Suppliers Location.

LOCATION: Vietnam / Thailand

Accountabilities: Essential Functions

1. Executes the PSI audit based on PSI inspection instruction & ID
2. Prepares an accurate PSI report and provides feedback on major issues
3. Performs process audit IA, generates audit report, and follows up
4. Support QE / QM for new project manufacturing
5. Must be polite, decisive, and presentable during visits to suppliers
6. Observes Health and Safety Working Rules

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with suppliers' QA team to perform the PSI
2. Conduct process audit

Attributes and Skills:

1. PSI Audit report
2. Weekly / Monthly quality inspection report
3. Weekly / Monthly PSQA audit report

Hiring Requirements:

Experience:

1. Technical school or college degree
2. 2 years experience in quality inspection, testing, or related fields
3. Experience in understanding quality inspection instructions and drawings
4. Ability to independently generate inspection reports
5. Familiarity with inspection instruments and calibrations
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Functional Skills / Knowledge:

1. Ability to read and write Chinese or English or both
2. Quality inspection background
3. Familiarity with sampling quality inspection methods
4. Ability to perform simple data analysis and generate inspection reports
5. Ability to work independently
6. Honesty and loyalty to work
7. Willingness to travel when necessary
8. No color weakness or blindness
