Our Business Line "Industry Services" offers a comprehensive range of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification) services to industries around the world.

Our goal? To provide technical expertise and tailored solutions that meet the needs of our international clients, helping them seize and tackle growth opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

One of our clients is currently looking for a Quality Coordinator (M/F) as part of one of their projects.

As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality management systems and standards throughout all phases of the offshore operations. You will act as the key link between the project team, contractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce implementation of the project-specific Quality Plan and associated procedures.
  • Coordinate all QA/QC activities on-site, including inspections, audits, and non-conformance management.
  • Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Track and report on quality metrics, including inspection results, NCRs, and corrective actions.
  • Review and approve contractors' quality documentation (ITPs, procedures, checklists, etc.).
  • Support in preparing final quality documentation and handover dossiers.
  • Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Oil & Gas offshore sector.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment under challenging offshore conditions.
  • Fundamental experience of quality management systems, ISO standards, and quality assurance.
  • Certifications such as CSWIP, NDT, or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; French language is a plus.

Starting date: Mid May or Mid June.

Contract: 1 year renewable (project duration 2-3 years).
