The quality engineer is an active member of the quality team on site. Under the supervision of a Quality Manager, the main mission is to establish and manage a quality system following our procedures and quality system.

You are also involved in the HSE approach and participate in the success of HSE goals.

The position is based in Reyssouze.

You will report to the Head of Quality France Naturals based in Avignon.

Main activities are:

1. Quality Assurance activities:
2. Setting out and implementing the approaches, the goals, and the action plan for quality assurance.
3. Informing senior managers about the operation of the management system and any needs for improvement regarding methods, material, equipment, or work environment, taking client needs and regulatory requirements into account.
4. Participate in the global definition of quality policy and manage the quality system in collaboration with the quality assurance manager.
5. Implement Givaudan requirements and manage the new project.
6. Control process, product, and procedures conformity and manage the non-conformities in collaboration with the quality assurance manager.
7. Involves in the document management system:
1. Answering questionnaires.
2. Updating of existing documents if necessary.
8. Be an active member of the quality site team:
1. Participating in multiple training and awareness-raising for staff (annual food safety training, food safety day, quality breakfast, quality management review).
2. Participating in certification and customer audits.

Your Professional Profile:

• Education: Master.
• 2 or more years of experience in quality.
• Experience in the food industry or nutra industry.
• English is needed.
