Context & Job Description :

As an IT Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting our organization’s information systems and data. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security projects, and responding to security incidents.

As our company and cybersecurity team are still small, we’re looking for a versatile, hands-on security expert — a true Swiss Army knife who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will act as blue team, red team, and purple team all at once, proactively defending, testing, and improving our security posture.

Our infrastructure is 100% cloud-based, spanning multiple vendors. To ensure robust security and scalability, we aim to process and automate as much as possible — from threat detection and response to compliance and infrastructure hardening. You will play a key role in designing and implementing automated security solutions that enhance protection while reducing operational overhead.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys stepping outside their comfort zone, and is eager to explore new areas of cybersecurity.

Through this position, you will report directly to our CISO, and work closely with:

  • The tech & product teams to help implement security best practices for software development
  • Greenly employees to investigate security alerts.

If you have a hacker mindset, a passion for security, and the willingness to tackle challenges across different domains, we want to hear from you!

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Respond to security incidents
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Manage security projects
  • Support & manage pentest campaigns by external assessors
  • Conduct security assessments and internal / external audits (maintain SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications)
  • Support pre-sales teams on security-related topics and security assessments
  • Deliver security awareness and compliance training to employees
  • Manage user rights and permissions on cloud tools in coordination with IT support
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest information security trends
  • Identify, implement, and improve solutions to detect, mitigate and/or remediate security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, scanners…) and monitor progress on defined action plans
  • Support development teams in the design of the required security features
  • Train technical teams to integrate security into project management and development.

Preferred experience :

  • Master's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in information security.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity framework, risk management, incident management, and IT audits.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, and ability to summarize.

Please note that while full-remote is possible for this position, this is a role that must be based in France.

What We Offer :

  • Private health insurance (Alan, 100% covered by Greenly).
  • 50% coverage of your monthly transportation fee (Pass Navigo).
  • Lunch vouchers (by EKIP).
  • Flexible WFH policy (100% remote option).
  • Access to Gymlib for a healthier lifestyle.
  • Permanent contract (CDI statut cadre) with 8-10 RTT annually in addition to 25 paid holidays.
  • A welcoming and ambitious team driven by sustainability.

Recruitment process :

  • Intro call with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • 30 minutes visio with the CISO
  • Technical test & case study
  • 30 minutes visio with the CTO
  • Reference validation
