QHSSE Manager H / F

The QHSSE Manager is responsible for the development, planning and management of the BSS Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems and programs for the organization and its projects. Assist line management in assessing QHSSE risks and reducing it to a level as low as reasonably practicable.

Description - Outcome / performance Indicators

• Lead by example in implementing a QHSE culture within all Subsea activities.
• Provide the benchmark for expectations in achieving sustainable Subsea activity QHSE culture.
• Promote the BOURBON QHSE strategy by means of regular communication to the team; including site and area visits.
• Conduct regular site visits and communications.

Drive QHSE communications in the organization

• Measure the QHSE performance within Subsea activities.
• Ensure overview of progress and identify improvement opportunities.

Provide QHSE reporting to the BSS Management and the Bourbon Group

• Manage the QHSE team and support Project QHSE personnel.
• Develop and regularly update the BSS QHSE management system, in coordination with the Bourbon Group.
• Develop and regularly update BSS own Standards.
• Ensure QHSE standards and requirements are implemented at affiliate level, for Subcontractors involved in Subsea activities, including internal Subcontractors.

Review / vetting

• Drive QHSE Monthly meetings involving key Subcontractors and Stakeholders.
• Build, Develop and Maintain Bourbon Subsea Quality Management System.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ensure continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Monitor development and issuance of new laws, rules, standards and regulations affecting Subsea.
• Benchmark on industry QHSE best practices.
• Represent BSS in QHSE networking events and professional groups.
• Ensure Subsea Quality and HSE incident investigations are performed, communicated when applicable, and lessons learned implemented.
• Lead high profile Subsea incident management cases when necessary.
• Prepare for future ISO certifications including 14001 and 45001.
• Provide support to the commercial department for tenders.
• Be the Security focal point for Bourbon Subsea Services.
