Python software engineer - CDI - Paris

We are looking for python software engineer for permanent position in Paris.

Your role :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data harmonization & transformation requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain data processing libraries and pipelines using Databricks and Python.
• Optimize data processes for performance and scalability.
• Implement data validation and testing procedures to ensure data quality and reliability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Extensive experience with Databricks and Python for data engineering.
• Professional experience deploying and testing software solutions in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Experience containerizing software solutions for cloud-scale operations.
• Database proficiency, including analytical SQL queries and OLAP databases.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies like Test Driven Development (TDD), Agile Scrum, and Lean Software Development.
• Experience leveraging Large Language Models to enhance user experience.
• Front-end development skills, particularly with React.
