Contribute to the purchasing performance action plan derived from these purchasing strategies.
Identify potential new suppliers globally.
Negotiate and formalize long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to analyze the risks associated with these materials.
Contribute to achieving financial objectives through purchasing initiatives:
Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuously regenerate them.
Analyze market conditions for raw materials to forecast potential price trends.
Manage price and volume risks by proposing suitable physical and financial hedging strategies.
Negotiate and formalize contracts necessary to secure factory supplies.
Resolve issues in contract implementation.
Ensure the proper follow-up of physical and financial hedges.
Define and update performance dashboards focusing on Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Define and lead the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy within your scope.
Ideal Profile:
University degree in business, purchasing management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in purchasing raw materials with high variability, preferably in the food industry.
Knowledge of global agricultural and food commodity market trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with purchasing and trading management software and executing back-to-back transactions.
Strong understanding of Incoterms.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
