Purchasing/General Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Purchasing/General Administrative Assistant

Location: Kerobokan, Bali

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us: Sugarhead is Bali’s new and trendy bakehouse, cafe and academy striving to deliver excellent products and services to our guests and clients. Our mission is to serve great food, take good care of our customers and staff, and keep them coming back for more! As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a General Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle manual data entry, record keeping, and file management.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist in processing orders, including order entry and tracking.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and inventory status as required.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a professional approach.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate information and timely support.
  • Liaise with other staff members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, replenishing items as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Bali
  • Min. D3 diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • 2 minimum proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanour and positive attitude.
