PRIMARY WORK LOCATION: Paris, Texas

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed.*

STARTING SALARY: $50-$55k annually (negotiable depending on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Interfaces with customers, sales, and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.
• Confers with estimators during the bid process to provide input as required and become familiar with the project.
• Participates in prototype and other design reviews as required.
• Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.
• Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule. Revise these expectations as circumstances arise during the project.
