Project Controls LEAD SPS Package

Airswift is currently looking for Subsea Package Control Lead to work with our Client O&G Operator.

Job title: Subsea Package Control Lead

Starting date: ASAP

Duration: 1 year with a potential of 2-4 years after FPSO, UFR and SPS packages contracts award

Location: France / Paris

Status: Residential

ACTIVITIES:

1. Be accountable for demonstrating exemplary behavior regarding HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SE requirements within the scope of his/her services.
2. Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.
3. Consider knowledge of international standards and norms, Company Rules, Guide & Manuals (CRs/GMs), Project Procedures, etc. related to Project Controls and their application to the Suriname B58 Project.
4. Coordinate and support the Project Control team of the SPS package.
5. Implement, check the implementation, and respect procedures associated with Project Controls activities, including respect for confidentiality, ethics, and compliance.
6. In charge of Subsea package Risk management, ensure Risk register is up to date by coordinating with discipline & area leaders.
7. Lead the contracting process for all contracts to be placed for the Subsea package, and liaise actively with relevant specialists for the technical management part.
8. Lead the preparation and update of the Subsea package budget, control costs, and suggest cost reductions.
9. Coordinate the Subsea package schedules, including data needed for the Project integrated schedule, and monitor the progress of activities.
10. In full coordination with Subsea Package Manager, lead specific transverse activities & dedicated missions (Task Force) as relevant.
11. Prepare and disseminate the Subsea package reporting by monitoring the content and quality of the information issued both internally and externally.
12. Develop and implement a structure to facilitate Subsea package files capitalization, set up the Subsea package Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
13. Coordinate the Subsea package HR activities and monitor the mobilization plan as per plan.
14. Coordinate the Subsea package logistics (offices, etc.).
15. Contribute to the preparation of the Subsea package Implementation Plan and the local development plan.
16. Consolidate elements of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) within the scope of the Subsea package.
17. Report to the Subsea package manager highlighting any area of concern regarding Project Control matters, ensure rigorous follow-up & management of Change Orders requests, Potential change orders, claims, and counterclaim dossier.
18. Perform and/or supervise the close-out of the Subsea Project Control activities respecting Affiliate and Project procedures.
19. Liaise actively with all Package and Line Managers and, in a general manner, with all Project Control team members, for the performance of the above duties. Liaise with Project Control Manager as required.
20. Gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to other TotalEnergies entities as required, actively contribute to Close Out Report.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Qualification: High experience in Oil & Gas contracts writing, negotiating, and managing.

Languages: English and French

Professional Experience: At least 15 years

Experience within project: At least 10 years

Excel: Skillful

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT:

The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname, a land of opportunity, in an affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently evolving with different Blocks to be explored and potentially developed. The Suriname B58 Project is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by TotalEnergies on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the Project team will face are the reservoirs development optimization, the FPSO and subsea production/injection system definition, and then the Project execution.
