Job Description
You are part of the 8-person customer experience team in the Development Department. As a Customer Experience Manager, you work to ensure the satisfaction of Ostrum AM’s customers while accompanying sales staff in the development strategy.

You have a higher education and at least 10 years of experience in customer relations or project coordination.
You are proficient in financial instruments and asset management.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, and you are organized, rigorous, and agile. You are customer-oriented and can integrate easily into a team.
You have a command of English at level B2.
