Duties and Responsibilities:

• Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance at all times.
• Managing concrete production using various systems and processes.
• Allocating and assigning loads efficiently to drivers.
• Overseeing stock management, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining site operations.
• Supervising contractors for site maintenance and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Hands-on yard maintenance and operating front-end loaders or forklifts.
• Supporting manual handling and other operational tasks as needed.

About You:

You are a self-starter with a passion for safety and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, autonomous role. With a strong work ethic and results-driven approach, you excel in managing diverse tasks while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Key Attributes:
• Independent and proactive, with the ability to work unsupervised.
• A team player who fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Physically capable of performing all role-related tasks.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience working within the concrete industry (preferred but not essential).
• Current driver's license and reliable transport.
• Front-end loader or forklift competency (preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
