Production Manager (M/F)

SIRMAT is a Schroll Group company which has around ten employees and specializes in surface treatment, maintenance, repair of containers (on site and on site) and the marketing of temporary storage equipment. The company also carries out very specialized painting for industrial clients. A dynamic company, our team constantly strives for quality and responsiveness (organization of the workshop in a “2/8” team).

You have a first successful experience in a position such as production manager, team leader/construction site or manager ideally in a small business with solid direct management experience.

What will the missions be?

By joining Sirmat as Production Manager, your main mission will be the daily organization of the different workstations of your entire team (sheet metal workers, shot blasters and painters) according to the production program that you have defined, in accordance with the directives agreed with the site manager. You will ensure compliance with deadlines, safety and quality.

You will also ensure part of the administrative follow-up (procurement, monitoring of hours, etc.) in close collaboration with our assistants.

Conduct of interviews:

• Initial telephone contact with the person in charge of recruitment
• An interview with the Director of Sirmat and a person from the HR department
• A second interview may be considered

Conditions:

• Gross remuneration over 13 months (depending on profile)
