We are looking for a Production Line Manager for our Sugères workshop, which specializes in the requalification of diesel engines for the military and nuclear sectors. Reporting to the workshop manager, they will take responsibility for the requalification line of military engines.
What you will do:
- Guarantee and drive the sector's performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Deadlines, and Costs
- Hierarchically manage the employees of the military sector (9 people): ensure compliance with the rules established in the company, administrative management (leave planning, training...), development of individual and collective skills, set and monitor individual objectives, conduct individual interviews, etc.
- Animate the production line daily: lead various routines with the team and support services (5' Point / OE1 / Weekly production meeting), plan activities, manage priorities, monitor completed tasks
- Report on the progress of activities and identify bottlenecks and upcoming risks
- Work in collaboration with support services (scheduling, purchasing, quality, logistics, methods, maintenance) to prevent or resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure the load/capacity adequacy of the sector in the short and medium term
- Lead an improvement plan for the sector with the support of the methods department
- Participate in recruitment with the HR function
Who you are:
- Higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
- Mandatory experience in industrial management
- Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, Production management...)
