As a HCM Trainer, you will:

  6. Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders from Content, Operations, Delivery, and teams outside of Workday Education to build an excellent student experience.
  7. Multitask: Master changing class environments using a variety of instructing tools and technologies to assure the students the best experience possible. Anticipate what is coming and plan with future students in mind.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in full scale ERP deployments or Training.
  • 3+ years experience working with enterprise HCM applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Fluency in English and French is crucial.

Other Qualifications

  • Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or other demonstrated ability preferred.
  • You possess significant business knowledge in operational areas within an HCM department.
  • Collaboration: You are a people person having excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Up-skilling others: You have demonstrable experience in facilitating training and owning course content is preferred. You master the simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Learning Agility: Training in a full scale ERP system is preferred. You have a confirmed ability to proactively and quickly grasp, distil and synthesise concepts and details from diverse sources.
  • Problem solving: You feel confident with identifying trends, developing strategies and implementing high-impact solutions.
  • Results Driven: You have a proven track record to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving and sometimes unexpected work environment, prioritising accordingly and advancing appropriately.
