CONTEXT

Edenred is a leading services and payments platform and the everyday companion for people at work. We connect over 50 million employees and 2 million partner merchants in 46 countries via more than 850,000 corporate clients.

Edenred offers payment solutions for employees to use for specific purposes. For example, an employee purchasing a meal for lunch, a truck driver buying fuel while making a delivery, or a top sales rep buying their own rewards for hitting a big sales target. These solutions enhance employee well-being and purchasing power, improve a companies’ ability to attract talent and boost the local economy.

Edenred has progressively moved from its historical paper product to a full digital model.

During our last strategic plan, Edenred Group, and especially the Benefits & Engagement Business Line, has highlighted the need to raise the bar in terms of product management excellence:

  1. Provide best digital user experience (incl. innovative features) enabling us to differentiate on the market
  2. Improve time to market of innovation
  3. Accelerate convergence of our products across Country Business Lines

Additionally, Benefits & Engagement Business Line has displayed a strong ambition for innovative features roll-out across the countries over the next years (e.g. roll-out plasticless, complementary payment, Edenred Payment Direct Services – our online private acceptance solution). Those innovations are critical to differentiate Edenred offering on the market and therefore boost our user/client satisfaction and gain market share.

Therefore, it is important for the Benefits & Engagement Business Line to strengthen its organization to:

  1. Keep a close eye on local/global initiatives to ensure their relevance and assess their potential of replication
  2. Drive the implementation of innovations in our customer journeys
  3. Ensure strong coordination across the different stakeholders (business and technical local and group team)
  4. Monitor the adoption of those innovations in each country and identify best practices to boost adoption

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

Reporting to the Benefits & Engagement Head of Innovation as Product Strategy PMO, your main responsibilities are:

  1. Manage our roadmap management tool Roadmunk
  2. Maintain and manage the consolidated innovation roadmap with the region & Business Line Country according to the validated level of priority and relevance/timing for implementation of each innovation (based on expected value generation for the country)
  3. Monitor and communicate on a regular basis the progress of the innovation roadmap with the region and country representatives, identify potential roadblocks and work with the regions/countries to design solutions or escalate when appropriate in case of a need for arbitrage
  4. Monitor the adoption of the innovations in our Business Line Countries through specific non-financial KPIs
  5. Identify best practices to boost adoption and ensure proper sharing of those practices across the countries
  6. Support countries in building an action plan to boost innovation adoption and follow up the plan implementation.

Product portfolio and features

  1. Map out products, applications, and platforms, their USPs and performance across the region.
  2. Manage and update regularly the PowerBI dedicated to the product matrix.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You could be our next teammate if you have:

  1. 2-5 years of experience with project management experience within a structured technology delivery environment ideally with exposure to B2B and technological sectors
  2. Following technical skills: project management, mastering all Office suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & ideally Power BI
  3. Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  4. Adaptability to work in a multi-local environment
