Product Owner - Patient Recruitment & Retention Strategy

Join our Digital Development team as Digital Product Owner and you can help make it happen. Your job? As a Product Owner, you will be a leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with the delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

You will have a chance to help build our Digital Development products by developing outstanding capabilities that will participate in new drug discovery and development, together with scientists, in trial efficiency and cycle time reduction, leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. You will have a chance to work within a great team, in an innovative environment helping to build digital platforms that allow Sanofi to positively impact patient lives.

In this role you will own and deliver new innovative Digital Products to support Sanofi’s Patient recruitment strategy globally through scalable solutions powered by GenAI /AI to accelerate cycle time and bring medicine to more patients faster:

1. Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective
2. Define, create, and communicate product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
3. Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
4. Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
5. Manage backlog prioritization of work
6. Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
7. Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
8. Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, extensibility, etc.
9. Conduct peer reviews for quality, consistency, and rigor for production level solution
10. Actively contribute to Digital Product Owner community and define leading practices and frameworks
11. Remain up to date on the company’s standards, industry practices and emerging technologies

About you

Experience:

1. Product management or building complex digital solutions, with 5+ years of experience in product management
2. Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus

Soft skills:

1. Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
2. Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
3. Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
4. Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset
5. Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
6. Strong project management skills

Technical skills:

1. Solid knowledge and experience of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
2. Experience in AI/GenAI model industrialization is a strong plus

Education:

1. Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
