We are looking to strengthen the current Product Owner team on the Digital Marketing topic. As the Product Owner for the NOVA eMarketing platform (based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud), you report to our Digital Acquisition & Voice of Customer Lead Product Owner. You play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our multi-channel communications capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer care, to ensure the platform meets business objectives and delivers value to your internal customers.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to qualify and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead the development and enhancement of the Marketing platform, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process.
Overseeing acceptance of tests & work results, ensuring they meet defined requirements and maintain high delivery quality.
Maintain users How to Guides and ensure technical documentation is appropriately maintained.
Provide proper training and support to users.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, particularly in relation to data privacy and security.
Monitor and analyze platform performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Data Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud is a plus.
Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication both in French and English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and/or Agile Product Management.
