The Product Owner plays a critical role in our product development team, acting as a bridge between the stakeholders and the development team. This position involves prioritizing features, conducting market research, and ensuring that the product vision aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the product vision and roadmap based on stakeholder input and market research.
• Actively participate in backlog grooming, ensuring clear and concise user stories are developed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development goals and deliverables.
• Oversee the development process, from ideation through to delivery, maintaining open channels of communication and feedback.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to iterate and enhance the product continuously.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure the team stays focused on delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and user experience design.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to product development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with acute attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in tech industry and familiarity with software development processes.
• Knowledge of UX / UI principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
