THE ROLE

The CMA CGM Group has been engaged for several years in an ambitious plan to accelerate the commercial transformation through the digitalization of its different channels.

We are looking to strengthen the current Sales Product Team, working on the company CRM, called NOVA Business (based on Salesforce Sales Cloud). As the Product Owner CRM, you are looking to enhance CMA CGM Digital Customer Engagement with a focus on Sales transformation, in close cooperation with the Commercial Department, IT and Digital Factory. This role reports to the Product Owner Lead Sales.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be responsible for the entire CRM scope related to continuous improvement: stabilization of the product, enhancements of specific topics to bring more value to the users and involvement in the resolution of product incidents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actual solutions through the documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with the delivery team (Scrum Master & Business Analyst) to ensure clear understanding of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process.
  • Oversee acceptance of tests & work results, ensuring they meet defined requirements and maintain high delivery quality.
  • Create and maintain users' How-to Guides.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Project Manager or Product Owner, with participation in digital projects in collaboration with Business and IT Teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM & Salesforce (Sales Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
