NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced professional to further develop the Factory Automation segment in industrial. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in bringing advanced and transformational technologies at the Edge for industrial applications such as AI, secure networking and connectivity, vision or augmented HMI, and develop an edge processing offering that creates value for customers. You will be responsible for growing revenue and customer count for the factory automation segment and partner with NXP salespeople to build deep relationships with focus customers. You will deploy go-to-market strategies and work with different NXP business lines, regional sales, and partners worldwide to sell differentiated solutions and products in the factory automation market. You will be responsible for gathering feedback from the customer base and delivering key requirements to the product development and software teams to develop next-generation microprocessor and microcontroller products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop high quality marketing collaterals
Support sales/regional marketing in customer engagements and drive these engagements to success
Track and follow-up design-in projects and be accountable for market share, design win value and revenue creation
Identify and structure market requirements
Support product management in defining roadmaps at silicon, SW and solution level
Drive competition analysis and positioning material
Lead new product introduction programs
Expand NXP ecosystem of partners around Factory Automation and further develop strategic partnerships
Participate in conferences/tradeshows, working in close collaboration with NXP marcom teams
Create blogs and articles, webinars, press releases and press events, consolidating and expanding NXP's leadership position in Factory Automation
Job Qualifications:
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience in business development or marketing
10+ years of experience including in the semiconductor industry
Deep knowledge of factory automation systems, OEMs and ecosystem
Experience developing business cases and performing market analysis
Experience with embedded software, including Linux and real-time OS
Desire to learn, grow and make an impact
Self-driven, autonomous
Team player, able to work collaboratively across geographies and functions
Excellent written and oral communications
Detail and action oriented
