Position:

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build a launchpad and tokenisation platform:

You will build the vision and the product roadmap of the product with the Chief Product Officer.

In this role you will:

• Own product development from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with 5 engineers, 1 product designer, and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
• Build a community around your product

Possible evolution towards a head of product role.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, math, or business
• 3+ years of direct experience in the design and implementation of Web3 products
• 6+ years of experience in the product field
• Hands-on experience with the concepts, products, and services that are driving Web3, with a particular focus on DeFi, including but not limited to coin generation events, tokenomics, decentralization, wallets, bridges, cryptography, DEXes, identity management, fraud management, and regulatory compliance
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication and a track record of influencing technical and non-technical staff
