Product Manager Senior

This is your opportunity to join us as a Senior Product Manager. You will be 100% on-site in our Cosmetics headquarters in Saint-Ouen L'Aumône (95), with occasional customer visits and cosmetic fairs across EMEA. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will be a pivotal member to help define what success looks like for Sensient.

What you'll do:

• You will lead customer projects, from brief validation to commercialization.
• You will lead the holistic product strategy, including market & competitive analysis, new product development, and go-to-market strategy.
• Your goal is to cultivate the customers' interest in our products and services to strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
• You will identify the value proposition, prepare the sales pitch, and prepare regular product performance follow-up.
• You define and implement strategies that support our cosmetic and homecare categories. This means you will lead the development and execution of category vision, whilst ensuring prioritization and proper communication across the organization.

What you'll bring:

• We ask you to bring a degree/diploma as a Chemical Engineer or equivalent education to be able to identify potential strengths and gaps in products, processes, and technologies.
• Since you will write performance and follow-up reports, we expect you to have business fluency in English (oral and written) and very good French skills.
• You're a strong team leader with experience in leading multifunctional teams not reporting to you.
• Your examples of how you manage projects in a manufacturing environment will convince us of your experience in this area.
• You are a commercial thinker and know how to make choices and prioritize business opportunities. This includes strong communication skills, a pro-active approach, and an analytical mindset to be comfortable in discussing technical details.
• You are an experienced Product Manager in the Beauty, Nutrition, or Pharma industry (B2B or B2C) capable of coaching & training colleagues.
