As we expand and internationalize, we're looking for a talented Product Designer to help us create the intuitive, powerful interfaces that will define the future of recruitment.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in shaping our AI copilot for hiring. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-powered hiring assistant using Figma
• Creating user-centered designs that cater specifically to the needs of recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals
• Developing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that seamlessly integrates AI-driven features into the hiring workflow
• Producing high-quality visual designs for desktop, web, and mobile interfaces that present complex AI insights in easily digestible formats
• Designing innovative UI elements that allow users to interact effortlessly with our AI copilot
• Creating original graphic designs that effectively communicate our AI's capabilities and insights
• Identifying and solving UX challenges unique to AI-assisted hiring processes
• Conducting user research and usability testing to ensure our AI copilot truly enhances the hiring experience
• Collaborating closely with our AI and development teams to ensure the seamless integration of advanced features
  
  

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in HR tech or AI-driven products
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs for complex, data-driven applications
• Expert proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Solid understanding of UX design principles, with a knack for presenting AI-generated insights in user-friendly ways
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design in AI-centric applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, crucial for designing interfaces that handle complex AI operations
• Passion for user-centered design and emerging trends in AI-assisted tools
