Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our product team. As a Product Designer, you will help us successfully deliver user-friendly, appealing, and creative designs from concept to delivery. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with cross-functional teams.

What will you do:

1. Identify the appropriate texture, materials, and key technical work.
2. Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across use cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
3. Conduct user research through user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs.
4. Implement a variety of metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience.
5. Develop and maintain detailed design documentation.
6. Work closely with the product and engineering team.

What we are looking for:

1. Proven 1+ years of work experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
2. Proficient in using a variety of design tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, etc.).
3. Ability to draw insights from both qualitative & quantitative data and further identify problem areas.
4. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other metric-related tools is a plus.
5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
8. Creative thinker with a vision.
9. Attention to detail, fast and constant learner.
