• Oversees the daily operations of purchasing and distribution.
• Oversees drugs, consumables and medical equipment orders for the Group.
• Sourcing of drugs / medical consumables and equipment at the best possible price.
• Negotiate and establish contracts with vendors to obtain maximal cost savings.
• Manage expectations and responsible for supply chain continuity between suppliers and clinics in terms of stock inventory flow and stock transfers. Work closely on alternate sources and drugs when usual sources have supply issues to ensure continuity of critical supplies or alternate products availability.
• Ensure that purchase requisitions/ requests are processed in a timely manner and must be fulfilled on time in order not to affect patient’s treatment plan.
• Keep inventory at optimal levels to achieve optimal stock availability vs overstocking and avoid wastages.
• Ensure that vendor evaluation is conducted to establish legitimacy.
• Liaise with vendors to return and/or exchange any defective and/or expired goods.
• Ensure that payments are due in a timely manner with vendors.
• Maintain the poison and wholesale license for the warehouse with BPOM, and ensure that it complies with Good Distribution Practice Monthly.
• Ensure the business compliance with regulations bodies and requirements such as BPOM, MoH and other related governing bodies.
• Review the institutional drug formulary and evaluate all new drug listings.
• Compile reports for management reporting on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
• Lead and assist in activities relating to inventory such as stocktake, and work closely with clinical and operations department as requested.
• Material/item code creation and updates. Timely and accurate maintenance of pharmacy systems on cost price, selling price, drug class etc.
• Handle audit queries in all related areas, stakeholder management at supporting site, and lead and motivate the team at site.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Pharmacy) with at least 3 years of related experience in a health care facility.
• Registered Pharmacist in Indonesia.
• Possess good organizational, analytical and excellent communication skills.
• Possess good initiative, drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in SAP (or equivalent materials management system), MS Office Applications - specifically Excel and Word.
