The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Executive for Strategic Accounts in our Enterprise Team in France / developing our Digital Media Portfolio with Creative Cloud and Firefly GenAI, Acrobat AI Assistant.

Adobe’s Digital Media Business Unit focuses on advancing pioneering content and driving digital transformation of industries. It provides tools and services that enable enterprises to create, publish, promote, lead and monetize their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. With the recent addition of Firefly Services (GenAI APIs), Adobe is supporting the creation at scale with unprecedented agility and efficiency.

What you'll Do

  • Drive new business and existing business expansion.
  • Animate an extended team to support the entire sales cycle from qualification to value realization.
  • Coordinate a One Adobe approach (Content Supply Chain: Content + Data).
  • Build and deliver a strategic plan to grow our Strategic Accounts business in the next few years.
  • Work with assigned Strategic Accounts (Agency & Strategic Brands) to achieve / exceed quarterly sales quota.
  • Lead strategic pursuit with internal ecosystem and value selling approaches.
  • Navigate through the Customer Matrix and develop customer intimacy and personal executive reach.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities.
  • Negotiate, liaise and communicate both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process.
  • Deliver online or face-to-face presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed.
  • Plan and lead business and customers according to an agreed market development strategy in collaboration with your V-Team (Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers).
  • Create and handle a sales pipeline of new business which consistently delivers above expectation results.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate personalized value propositions, relevant internal engagements, and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of customer engagement and experience, therefore accelerating business growth.
  • Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity at all times.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback.

What you need to succeed

Candidates should have a track record of successful enterprise business-to-business sales experience:

  • Understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle management from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to reach within all levels of an organization, identifying and leveraging decision makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility (targeting CxO level), positioning Adobe vision & strategy.
  • Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling / up-selling into our customer base as well as targeting potential new logos.

Seeking excellence and proven interpersonal and collaboration skills are also required:

  • Animation of a virtual team and cross collaboration at One Adobe level.
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented. Excellent level of English.
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business with a strategic thinking approach.
