Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Exceptional Culinary Creation: Drawing inspiration from the avant-garde creations of our VIP Chef Dominique Crenn, you will push the boundaries of gastronomy and offer unforgettable culinary experiences to our guests. You will develop seasonal gourmet menus, highlighting local produce and French culinary know-how. Each dish will be a work of art, combining refined flavors and meticulous presentation, tailored to the tastes and preferences of each guest.
2. Responsible Sourcing: Carefully select fresh, seasonal products from local producers, prioritizing short supply chains and organic farming whenever possible.
3. Resource Optimization: Implement sustainable practices to reduce food waste.
4. Passionate about Gastronomy: You are a true lover of food, always seeking new flavors and techniques.
5. Creative and Innovative: You have a curious mind and enjoy pushing the boundaries of cuisine.
6. Rigorous and Organized: You are able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Proficient in English: You are able to communicate easily with an international clientele.
9. Fluency in French would be an advantage.
