This company is developing cutting-edge optical processing technology to overcome limitations of traditional processors, in order to drive the next wave of development within artificial intelligence. This role offers a chance to work on pioneering innovative hardware and embedded systems and operate at the forefront of AI hardware development.

As the successful Principal Embedded Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex firmware and drivers while having core knowledge around RTOS, Linux Kernel, and FPGAs.

For this Principal Embedded Systems Engineer, we are looking for someone with:

• Extensive commercial experience within Embedded Systems
• Experience working with real-time embedded systems
• Experience working with FPGA-based systems (even better if you have some experience working with one of RTL, Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL, SystemC, etc.)
• Any experience working with AI Accelerators previously is advantageous
