Potentia Search is partnered with an innovative and sustainable Animal Nutrition company, who are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join their team to help them expand their presence in a rapidly growing market. As the Technical Sales manager you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and providing expert technical support to their clients in the industry. You will collaborate closely with the R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product effectiveness, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive the sales strategy and execute a plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pet-food and animal feed market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Deliver presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the technical advantages of the products.
Serve as the technical expert for the products, providing in-depth knowledge on nutritional benefits, production processes, and sustainable sourcing.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Animal Science or related field.
5+ years experience in technical sales within the animal / pet nutrition industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly solutions.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
