Practice Leader – D&O (Remote)

Our client is looking for an experienced D&O Broker to join their team! This is a newly created role where you will help build out a new division and be involved in creating marketing materials and working with different associations.

Location : Remote in Canada

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to :

• Help build out a D&O team
• Perform due diligence and wording gap analysis
• Access and present benchmarking data to prospects and clients
• Lead on devising marketing strategies, negotiating rates, and coverages
• Support producers with presentations to clients and prospects
• Ensure internal compliance and documentation for E&O purposes

Requirements :

• 7 years+ experience placing D&O risks
• Must understand how to assess, structure, market, and place professional liability coverage for private and publicly traded entities
• Team player with excellent communication and management skills
